Revised office hours for public grievance cells, effective Monday

Public grievance cells across all district offices will now operate on revised timings effective Monday. The new hours are intended to improve accessibility for working citizens who previously found it difficult to visit during standard hours.

Updated timings and contact details for each district office are available on the department’s contact page. Citizens whose complaints are not addressed within the stated timeframe may escalate through the formal grievance redressal process.
